Our Approach
We seek to make a difference in our community by following these four steps:
Understand, Plan, Execute, and Evaluate.
Understand
By interacting with the community, we get a better understanding of their realities. Equipped with this knowledge, coupled with our professional background we are better suited to provide solutions that solve existing problems and threats.
Plan
With any involvement in a program, be it through partnership, or self-hosted, we are kin on mapping out plans to ensure that resources are spent in the most efficient way possible. We also carry out in house analyses of all aspects of the program to identify processes that can be done better.
Execute
While engaging in any community initiative, we follow a data-driven approach, and try to involve the community as much as possible. The benefits of this is, data from each program can be shared with others interested in similar causes, and provides foresight. By involving the community, we are striving to empower individuals, build relationships (similar with step 1).
Evaluate
In all CSR activities we take part in at MCI, we strive to assess our approach and the resulting impact. We do this so that overtime, our contributions towards the community are more lasting and sustainable.
